In June of 2026, my team was with the U.S. Women’s National Soccer team in Brazil. They played two intense games in a hostile atmosphere. My team did a great job giving our fans a behind-the-scenes look of those two weeks.
At NBC/Peacock, I also worked on a comedy food show called Poochie & Pang. Needless to say this was a very fun series to produce. National NBC picked up the show and aired it after Saturday Night Live.
This was very much a passion project. This was the last project I did while at NBC/Peacock and it was a powerful one. Andrea Gibson was battling cancer. She and her partner Meg were two of the strongest people I’ve ever met.
Another long form series that we created is Camp Stories. It has been a big hit with both fans and the players. Our partners were impressed enough that it sold to a partner after just a few episodes.

When Trinity Rodman returned from injury she scored immediately and surprised coach Emma Hayes by making her do her “celly” with her. We capitalized on the moment by taking fans behind the scenes and this clip ended up going viral after being shared by the NY Giants.

I have this example her because it demonstrates how I lead. We had just won an incredible game. The stadium in Brazil was electric. After every game we film coach’s team huddle. During this particular huddle, one of my camera ops accidentally double pressed the record button in the craziness of the moment. After the huddle she was in a panic when she realized what she had done. I calmed her down and we looked at the camera angle we DID have. We still made it work and got over 200,000 views. Staying calm when things go wrong is something I pride myself on.
When filming this emotional episode of “It’s Okay to Ask Questions,” we asked Andrea if she would read a poem she wrote for her partner called “Love Letter From the Afterlife.” She did and…it was extremely powerful.
For a long time we would post our starting lineups with just a photo. We decided that wasn’t good enough for the best female sports team in history. So we created this new version with a video background and our views immediately went up.
At NBC we knew we were filming an out-of-the-ordinary food show. It was a mixture of comedy and food critique. This video was how we decided to introduce the series to Chicago on social.
